
Yoghurt pots
A healthy dessert or breakfast!
- Makes 3
- Less than 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Purée fresh berries or soft-flesh fruit (like mango or papaya) and honey.
- Layer yoghurt and fruit purée in jars, finishing with yoghurt and leaving about a third of the jar empty.
- Seal and chill.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola or power balls just before serving.
