Yoghurt pots

A healthy dessert or breakfast!

  • Less than 15 minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (500ml) fresh berries or soft-flesh fruit like mango or papaya
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) honey
  • 3 cups (750ml) PnP double-cream plain yoghurt
  • Fresh fruit, granola or power balls, for serving

METHOD

  1. Purée fresh berries or soft-flesh fruit (like mango or papaya) and honey.
  2. Layer yoghurt and fruit purée in jars, finishing with yoghurt and leaving about a third of the jar empty.
  3. Seal and chill.
  4. Top with fresh fruit, granola or power balls just before serving.
