Peanut butter fudge

Sweet and simple.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Cook dates in a little hot water for 5 minutes, or until soft and sticky. Drain leftover water.
  2. Blend dates, Live Well peanut butter and coconut oil together to form a sticky paste.
  3. Spread mixture out to a 2cm thickness on a lined baking tray.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours to set.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Serve or store covered in the freezer.
