Microwave Easter fudge
Just what your sweet tooth ordered!
- Makes 12
- Less than 15 minutes
- Place condensed milk, butter and castor sugar in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon and microwave for another 8-10 minutes.
- Check to see that mixture doesn’t boil over.
- Remove and stir cocoa, marshmallows and marshmallow eggs.
- Spoon mixture into a dish and allow to cool and set completely.
- Cut into slices and store in an airtight container.
