Microwave Easter fudge

Just what your sweet tooth ordered!

  • Makes 12
  • Less than 15 minutes



  1. Place condensed milk, butter and castor sugar in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir with a wooden spoon and microwave for another 8-10 minutes.
  3. Check to see that mixture doesn’t boil over.
  4. Remove and stir cocoa, marshmallows and marshmallow eggs.
  5. Spoon mixture into a dish and allow to cool and set completely.
  6. Cut into slices and store in an airtight container.
  7. Serve.
