Meatball subs with tzatziki

A Greek take on a classic sandwich.

  • Serves 4
  • Less than 15 minutes


  • 2 medium baguettes, halved
  • 2 tubs (120g each) PnP tzatziki
  • 1 packet (100g) PnP Salanova leaves
  • 2 salad tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 12 cooked meatballs
  • 1 disc (80g) feta cheese


  1. Spread baguettes with tzatziki.
  2. Fill with Salanova leaves, tomatoes and cucumber.
  3. Add 3 cooked meatballs to each baguette and crumble over some feta before placing in lunchboxes.
