Meatball and hummus pitas

Sprinkle with crushed cumin or paprika for a flavour boost

  • Less than 15 minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet (10s) mini pitas
  • 1 large tub (250g) hummus
  • PnP BBQ-glazed meatballs
  • Sliced radish, for serving
  • Rocket, for serving

METHOD

  1. Toast mini pitas until charred.
  2. Spread hummus on pitas and top with meatballs.
  3. Arrange on a platter and garnish with radish and rocket. Serve.
