Indian pork chops with chunky salsa

Chicken works just as well as pork in this yummy summer recipe

  • Serves 4
  • Less than 30 minutes



  1. Stir spices together in a large bowl.
  2. Add chops and toss to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan.
  4. Cook chops for 5-6 minutes per side. Season.
  5. Toss salsa ingredients together.
  6. Serve chops with salsa.
  7. *Cook's note* Serve with 4 toasted naan breads to bulk up the meal.
