Herby lamb chops
This marinade is great with beef and pork too!
- Serves 4
- Less than 45 minutes
- Pair with a Bordeaux-style red blend
- Combine rosemary and thyme leaves with grated lemon peel, salt and coriander seeds.
- Rub mixture on chops and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Baste chops with meat-basting sauce and braai over medium coals to your liking.
- Garnish with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
