Gremolata baked hake

A healthy take on hake to impress your guests

  • Serves 4
  • Less than 30 minutes



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Blitz almonds, parsley, thyme leaves, lemon juice and grated peel, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor.
  3. Place hake fillets skin-side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Season fish and top with gremolata.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
