Easter marshmallow chocolate icing

A super-savvy way to make icing.

  • Makes 1 cup
  • Less than 15 minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place 10 marshmallow eggs and cream in a glass bowl.
  2. Melt over a double boiler and stir until smooth.
  3. Sift in ½ cup icing sugar.
  4. Set aside to cool and thicken.
  5. Spoon onto cake or cupcakes.
  6. Serve.
