Easter marshmallow chocolate icing
A super-savvy way to make icing.
- Makes 1 cup
- Less than 15 minutes
- Place 10 marshmallow eggs and cream in a glass bowl.
- Melt over a double boiler and stir until smooth.
- Sift in ½ cup icing sugar.
- Set aside to cool and thicken.
- Spoon onto cake or cupcakes.
