Crispy pilchard bites
A crispy snack that’s high in omega-3.
- Serves 2
- Less than 30 minutes
- Drain pilchards and set pilchard sauce aside.
- Season flour with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Heat oil in a medium-sized pot.
- Dip each pilchard into egg. Shake off excess and coat in seasoned flour.
- Fry until golden.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
