A delicious South African favourite!

- Less than 2 hours
- Crush biscuits, add butter and mix.
- Press into the base of a 25cm tart dish.
- Dissolve Cremora in 1 cup (250ml) lukewarm water. Cool to room temperature.
- Mix in condensed milk.
- Stir through 125ml lemon juice. The mixture will start to thicken.
- Add remaining lemon juice.
- Pour filling over base and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream or glacé cherries.
