Cranberry and brie buns

Bulk up with shaved chicken or turkey.

  • Makes 6
  • Less than 15 minutes



  1. Slice open hot cross buns.
  2. Spread the bottoms with jelly.
  3. Top with slices of brie cheese.
  4. Place open buns into a sandwich press, holding the top part of the press just above the cheese (without touching) so that it melts.
  5. Top with basil leaves, a dash of milled pepper and top with remaining bun halves.
  6. Serve.
