Cranberry and brie buns
Bulk up with shaved chicken or turkey.
- Makes 6
- Less than 15 minutes
- Slice open hot cross buns.
- Spread the bottoms with jelly.
- Top with slices of brie cheese.
- Place open buns into a sandwich press, holding the top part of the press just above the cheese (without touching) so that it melts.
- Top with basil leaves, a dash of milled pepper and top with remaining bun halves.
