Biltong and peach salad

Replace feta with ricotta for a less salty salad.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Toss all the salad ingredients together on a platter.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together until emulsified and slightly thickened.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.
