Biltong and cheese roosterkoek
A sure favourite at any braai.
- Makes 12
- Less than 30 minutes
- Divide bread dough into 12 balls.
- Divide each ball into two pieces and fill with cheese and biltong before sandwiching the two halves together.
- Cook over medium-low coals for 10 minutes on each side or until puffed up and cooked through.
