Biltong and cheese roosterkoek

A sure favourite at any braai.

  • Less than 30 minutes
 

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Divide bread dough into 12 balls.
  2. Divide each ball into two pieces and fill with cheese and biltong before sandwiching the two halves together.
  3. Cook over medium-low coals for 10 minutes on each side or until puffed up and cooked through.
  4. Serve.
