Best-ever lactose-free hot chocolate

- Less than 15 minutes
- 1 can (400g) low-fat coconut milk
- 2-3 Tbsp (30-45ml) cocoa powder
- ½ Tbsp (7ml) water
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- Sugar, for serving
- Marshmallows, for serving
- Heat coconut milk in a saucepan.
- Mix cocoa powder with water to form a paste and add to coconut milk.
- Add vanilla extract and sugar to taste.
- Whisk well then pour into mugs and serve topped with marshmallows.
