Mushroom, walnut and cauliflower tagliatelle

Ginger Highball

This ginger-spiced and lemony drink is well suited for a casual week night in.


 

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
  • 180 ml ginger ale
  • A squeeze of lime juice

METHOD

  1. Choose either a collins or highball glass and fill with cubed ice.
  2. Add the whisky to your preferred glass, top up with ginger ale and add a squeeze of lime.
  3. Stir lightly to combine.
  4. Finish your Whisky and Ginger Ale with a lime wedge
