
Ingredients
8 pumpkin wedges
Glug olive oil
¼ cup (60ml) maple-flavoured syrup
Handful thyme sprigs
Salt and milled pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place wedges in a large baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and syrup and scatter with thyme leaves.
Season well.
Bake for 45 minutes, until tender. Serve
