Herby crumbed hake fillets

Tender and flaky.

  • Serves 6
  • Less than 30 minutes



  1. Place hake fillets onto a lined baking tray.
  2. Tear bread into chunks and dry out in the oven.
  3. Blitz parsley, basil, dill, garlic, orange juice, oil and parmesan with bread in a food processor.
  4. Place herb crumb on top of fish and press down firmly to coat.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Serve.
