  1. Remove skins of boerewors and place mince and piquante peppers into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into flat patties

  3. Braai patties for 2 -3 minutes each side or until cooked through.

  4. At the same time, braai the braaibroodjies until crispy.

  5. Open the broodjies, top with butter lettuce, tomato and patties to serve.
