Bacon and egg frittata

A delicious and convenient way to start the day!

  • Serves 6
  • Less than 30 minutes


  • 2 packets (73g each) Maggi 2-Minute noodles
  • 1 cup (250ml) Nestle Cremora®️ original
  • ½ cup (125ml) water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (250ml) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 200g bacon bits, cooked
  • ½ cup (125ml) Nestlé dessert and cooking cream
  • 2 tsp (10ml) fresh thyme
  • Salt and milled pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Lightly grease a six-cup muffin pan and set aside.
  3. Add noodle seasoning to 400ml of water and stir to combine.
  4. Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well.
  5. Mix Cremora®️ in water.
  6. Whisk in eggs, cheese, bacon, cooking cream, thyme and season well.
  7. Add noodles and spoon evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
  8. Bake until set.
  9. Serve warm.
