
Bacon and egg frittata
A delicious and convenient way to start the day!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 packets (73g each) Maggi 2-Minute noodles
- 1 cup (250ml) Nestle Cremora®️ original
- ½ cup (125ml) water
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (250ml) cheddar cheese, grated
- 200g bacon bits, cooked
- ½ cup (125ml) Nestlé dessert and cooking cream
- 2 tsp (10ml) fresh thyme
- Salt and milled pepper
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Lightly grease a six-cup muffin pan and set aside.
- Add noodle seasoning to 400ml of water and stir to combine.
- Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well.
- Mix Cremora®️ in water.
- Whisk in eggs, cheese, bacon, cooking cream, thyme and season well.
- Add noodles and spoon evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
- Bake until set.
- Serve warm.
