An easy teatime delight.
- Serves 5
- Roll out puff pastry to 3mm thick. Cut into 45x7cm strips.
- Brush butter and sprinkle sugar onto pastry.
- Core, quarter and thinly slice apples.
- Place slices on one side of pastry, overlapping and skin-side hanging over pastry. Fold over pastry to cover apple, then roll into a scroll. Repeat.
- Place in a muffin tray. Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
