  1. Divde berries between 6 x 3/4 cup ramekins

  2. Make jelly according to packet instructions & pour over berries in ramekins.

  3. Refrigerate to set completely.

  4. Dissolve gelatine & sweetener in boiling water. Microwave for a few seconds if necessary.

  5. Cool slightly.

  6. Mix a little yoghurt with warrm gelatine & then add mixture to remaining yoghurt.

  7. Mix well. Pour yoghurt over set jelly and allow to set for at least 6-8 hours.

  8. Loosen edges with a sharp knife and unmold onto a serving dish
