Main Ingredients


  1. Place tortilla on a large plate and spread with pesto or mayonnaise.

  2. Layer ham and tomato on half the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Season and fold to enclose filling.

  4. Toast on one side in a heated flat toaster or dry frying pan until cheese has melted.

  5. Gently flip over and toast until golden.

  6. Cool slightly, slice in half and slip into a lunchbox (or eat right away!).
