  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Blanch cauliflower until just tender. Drain and set aside.

  4. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and cook for a minute.

  5. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously, until mixture forms a smooth sauce.

  6. Add cheese and season. Stir until cheese has melted.

  7. Toss pasta and cauliflower with sauce and spoon into an ovenproof dish.

  8. Sprinkle over extra cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
