Main Ingredients


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. Mix tennis biscuits and butter together and press into the base of a 20cm loose-bottomed tart pan.

  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes, until just golden and allow to cool.

  4. Gently heat chocolate, cream and butter in a saucepan, stirring until chocolate melts

  5. Pour mixture through a sieve into the tart pan, allow to set in fridge for at least 4 hours.

  6. Top with fresh fruit, almonds and a dusting of icing sugar.

  7. Serve immediately.

Helpful hint

Wipe the knife clean with a warm cloth or dip into hot water after cutting each slice.

  • Top with any acidic fruits, such as berries or kiwi fruit.

  • Use milk chocolate in place of white.
