  1. Season steaks with pepper.

  2. Toss in a small glug of oil.

  3. Heat a heavy-based pan until smoking. Fry steaks for 30 seconds a side

  4. Add soy sauce and ginger and toss to coat. Remove and set aside to rest. Slice into strips.

  5. Stuff rolls with steak, cucumber, carrots and coriander.

  6. Drizzle over pan juices and serve.
