Method

  1. Heat a griddle pan over high heat.

  2. Toss asparagus in oil and seasoning and chargrill until just cooked. Drizzle with lemon and scatter over parmesan.

  3. Drape ham over melon slices.

  4. Slice mozzarella and arrange with tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar

  5. Arrange all elements on a platter. Serve.
