Main Ingredients


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over a low heat. Add beef and seasoning and heat through.

  2. Transfer beef mixture into a bowl and stir in coriander and spring onion.

  3. Place a tortilla in a heated non-stick pan, spread a quarter of the beef mixture over the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Top with another tortilla and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Flip the tortilla ‘sandwich’ and cook for another minute until the tortilla is toasted and the cheese starts to melt.

  5. Remove from heat, cut into wedges and serve immediately with sweet chilli sauce.
