Main Ingredients


  1. Heat a griddle pan over a medium heat.

  2. Rub fillet with oil and season.

  3. Cook fillet until well browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside

  4. Toss asparagus with a glug of oil.

  5. Griddle for about 3 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

  6. Thinly slice fillet and toss with baby spinach and feta.

  7. Serve drizzled with your favourite dressing and crusty bread.
