Method

  1. Melt butter with paprika and chilli in a large frying pan.

  2. Add prawns and toss until bright pink and firm. Season

  3. Mash avocado, peas, lime juice and zest, and cumin in a bowl with a fork. Season.

  4. Spread avo mixture over toasted bread and top with prawns

  5. Sprinkle with coriander and serve
