To Serve



  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor except for the chickpeas, vegetable oil and flour. Pulse together until just combined.

  2. Add chickpeas and flour and continue to pulse until it just comes together.

  3. Gently form the mixture into patties and dust with a little seasoned flour.

  4. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry patties for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.

  5. Slice rolls in half and top with fresh rocket, tomato, veggie burger patty, avocado slices and fresh spouts.

  6. Serve immediately with original chutney.
