1 PnP Red Onion, roughly chopped
1 PnP Garlic Clove, roughly chopped
5ml of HQ Foods Cumin Ground
5ml of PnP Coriander
1 pinch of PnP Chilli Flakes
1 bunch of PnP Coriander
1 handful of PnP Herbs Parsley
1 pinch of Cerebos Spice Salt and Pepper
1 can of PnP Chick Peas
45ml of Sasko Cake Flour, plus extra for dusting
1 dash of PnP Sunflower Oil, for frying
1 PnP Tomato, sliced
1 handful of PnP Herbs Rocket
1 dash of No Name Chutney Mild, for serving
Place all ingredients into a food processor except for the chickpeas, vegetable oil and flour. Pulse together until just combined.
Add chickpeas and flour and continue to pulse until it just comes together.
Gently form the mixture into patties and dust with a little seasoned flour.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry patties for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
Slice rolls in half and top with fresh rocket, tomato, veggie burger patty, avocado slices and fresh spouts.
Serve immediately with original chutney.
