250g of Natures Garden Frozen Peas, cooked
1 PnP Loose Avocado, peeled & pitted
1 Disc of Simonsberg Reduced Fat Feta
1 Tbsp of Robertsons Dried Mint in Bottle
2 Tbsp of PnP Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp of Parmalat Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
1 Dash of Cerebos Spice Salt and Pepper
1 Handful of Snatts Olive Oil & Sea Salt Bread Sticks
Place all guacamole ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture is almost smooth but still has some texture.
Season to taste.
Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with breadsticks.
