Method

  • Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside.

  • Toss slaw ingredients together and set aside

  • Butter baguettes and grill until golden.

  • Fill each baguette with slaw, top with fish fingers and drizzle with dressing.

  • Garnish with extra capers.
