  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

  2. Remove meat from chicken bones and shred with a fork.

  3. Place chicken and vegetables in an oven-proof casserole dish, then pour over sauce. 

  4. Brush pastry sheets with butter.

  5. Arrange on top of chicken and vegetables, then sprinkle with seeds.

  6. Season.

  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until pastry is golden and chicken and vegetables are tender.

  8. Serve with a dollop of chutney and yoghurt, then garnish with fresh coriander.
