Main Ingredients


  1. Fry chicken pieces in a large saucepan until golden brown.

  2. Remove and set aside. Add olive oil and chopped onion.

  3. Cook until tender and translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

  4. Stir in flour, add wine and cook until thickened.

  5. Add chicken, tomatoes, sausage and tarragon and cook for 40 minutes or until cooked through

  6. Stir through butterbeans and cook for 10 -15 minutes. Serve with steamed new potatoes.
