Main Ingredients



  1. Blitz marinade ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Place ribs in a large bowl and toss with half the marinade.

  3. Marinade overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  4. Preheat oven to 160°C.

  5. Place ribs on a bed of onion slices in a roasting tray.

  6. Pour beer into tray and season liberally.

  7. Cover with foil and roast for 3 hours.

  8. Increase oven temperature to 200°C.

  9. Remove foil and baste ribs with reserved marinade.

  10. Roast for 30 minutes, until browned.

  11. Serve with a side of your choice.
