Ingredients
1 punnet of PnP Blueberries, (150g)
1 packet of PnP Live Well Jelly Cherry, (7.5g)
1 Tbsp of Sheridans Gelatine
3 Tbsp of Tantalize Xylitol
3 Tbsp of boiling water
500g of Parmalat Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
Method
Divde berries between 6 x 3/4 cup ramekins
Make jelly according to packet instructions & pour over berries in ramekins.
Refrigerate to set completely.
Dissolve gelatine & sweetener in boiling water. Microwave for a few seconds if necessary.
Cool slightly.
Mix a little yoghurt with warrm gelatine & then add mixture to remaining yoghurt.
Mix well. Pour yoghurt over set jelly and allow to set for at least 6-8 hours.
Loosen edges with a sharp knife and unmold onto a serving dish
