Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.

  4. Stir in yoghurt, water, carrot, pear, oil and lemon.

  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.

  6. Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
