Method

  1. Score sausages with a small knife, being careful not to cut all the way through.

  2. Pan-fry sausages in oil until heated through.

  3. Toss together coleslaw mix, watercress, apples and radishes.

  4. Mix together mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard and stir through slaw. Scatter with almonds.

  5. Serve sausages with coleslaw on the side.
