Place flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs and sugar in a separate bowl and add milk, banana and butter.
Stir to combine.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat a pan over medium high heat and add butter.
Place a large spoon of batter in pan.
Flip over once bubbles appear on top.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Continue with remaining batter.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
Fill lunchbox with crumpets and berries.
