Cooking instructions:
Remove all packaging. Cook directly from frozen.
All appliances vary in performance.
The following instructions are only a guide.
Cook from frozen.
Oven-bake: place portions on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees C for approximately 20 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes. Note: after cooking, allow portions to stand for 2 - 3 minutes.
Pan-fry:
In a little pre-heated oil over moderate heat for 7 - 9 minutes. Turn frequently.
Air-fry: pre-heat air-fryer to 200 degrees C. Place a maximum of 3 portions in the basket. Ensure that the portions do not overlap. Air-fry for 8 - 10 minutes. Turn portions halfway through the cooking time.Storage
Uncooked - keep frozen.
Freezer (-18 degrees C): see best before date.
