Fry's Traditional Sausages 500g

When the gang is hungry, these tender, meat-free sausages are easy to serve and satisfy any appetite. Slice on a pizza, add to a curry or stew or make traditional bangers and mash.

Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging. For best results cook in frying pan [8 - 10 minutes]: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning frequently. Cook under grill [8 - 10 minutes]: Place 15 - 20 cm under a preheated hot grill for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once. Cook in microwave [1 minute on 100% 800 watt]: Place in centre of microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 60-90 seconds on 100%. Do not turn. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cook on barbeque [6 - 8 minutes]: Cook over hot coats for 6 - 8 minutes turning frequently. Tips: baste with basting sauce during barbeque. Appliances vary. These instructions are guides only.

Keep frozen and once defrosted use within 24 hours.
