No Name Mixed Vegetables 900g

Cooking instructions: As all cooking appliances vary in performance, the instructions below serve as a guideline only. Do not defrost frozen veggies before cooking. Overcooking may cause a poor texture. To boil: add enough water to half fill a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the desired amount of vegetables and boil over medium heat for 5 - 8 minutes until tender. Allow to stand for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain and serve. To steam: bring 1/4 full pot of water to the boil. Add 250g of vegetables to the steamer and place on top of the pot. Allow to steam for 5 - 7 minutes until tender. To microwave: place 2 cups of vegetables into a suitable microwavable container. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook on 100% power for 3 - 4 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve.

Keep frozen at -18 degrees C. Use within best before date. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
