Cook from frozen.
Cooking instructions:
Best results will be obtained in the microwave.
Microwave:
Remove outer packaging. Pierce film several times.
Heat for 7 min (900 watt).
Remove film and allow to stand for 1 min before serving.
Oven bake:
Remove outer packaging and film from tray. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C top and bottom heat for 40 minutes on middle wire rack.
