USAGE:
Soaking required. As all cooking appliances vary in performance, the instructions below serve as a guideline only. To Boil: Soak Samp overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse. Add 750 ml water for every 225 g (250 ml) and bring to boil. Add Samp to boiling water, boil until soft, stir 2 - 3 times during cooking process. Add more water should liquid evaporate. Drain in sieve or colander and rinse thoroughly under running water to remove excess starch. Season with salt to taste. Enjoy as a meal on its own or side dish to a cooked meal.
