Preparation instructions: For 3-4 servings on the stove: Place 1 cup Jungle oats instant in a bowl. Add 2/3 cup (160 ml) of boiled water into the bowl and stir. Add salt or sugar to taste. Single serving in the microwave oven: Place 1/3 cup (40g) Jungle oats instant in a large microwave bowl. Add 1/2 cup (100 ml) of warm water (or boiled water) into the bowl. Microwave on high for 40 seconds. Stop to stir regularly to avoid spillage of oatsStorage
