How do I sign up?
1. You can apply when purchasing your cellphone at Pick n Pay
2. SMS ‘PNP’ to 31118 and an agent will call you back.
- The device must be bought directly from Pick n Pay.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase of the device to apply for and activate your cover.
- Your claim must be submitted at any Vodacom store.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of loss or damage
- You will need to pay an excess if your claim is approved – the amount will depend on your policy.
- If the listed SIM card is not in the insured device at the time of damage, loss or theft, the device will NOT be covered, and your claim will be declined.
