Bitter Grapefruit G&T

A simple twist to a classic. Perfect before or after a meal, serve this gin and tonic with a wedge of grapefruit and plenty of ice.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml citrus-heavy gin
  • 100ml full-flavoured tonic
  • To garnish:
  • A wedge of grapefruit and a few drops Angostura bitters over plenty of ice

METHOD

  1. Fill a large glass with ice, add 50ml citrus-heavy gin and top with 100ml full-flavoured tonic. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a few drops of Angostura bitters.
